They are so encouraging and understand that everyone has different goals and journey when it comes to this sport. You will be supported no matter what route you decide through jiujitsu, whether it is competition, self defense, mental health, or just for your physical wellbeing. I have gotten to know some amazing people throughout the Sebring community here and would recommend for everyone to at least try the free trial week. If the sport itself doesn’t get you hooked, the people you converse and train with will!”
