“Coaches are great, except one that is always on his phone. The person in charge/management not great, lack of communication. When you sign up, please ask them for a hardcopy of their rules or procedures. I didnt get any hardcopy or a list of rules and what to expect. One couch says one though and another coach says another different though and then they dont know or cant answer your questions. When I email the person in charge to place a hold on the membership since my child was going to be out of town. Never heard back from her, until I got an email from customer services to pay the montly fee. I called the number from the email and explain to them. They said that they have to follow procedures that i should have let them know 14 days in advance. But I couldnt reach to the staff, and I didnt kmow about the 14 days, again they said they have to follow procedures.”
