“Awesome place. The owner/instructor is dedicated to ensuring you're comfortable, satisfied, and most importantly, learning & growing in the sport. He's friendly and firm, and very approachable. The place is clean with ample parking and waiting area. The class is about 80% boxing (the class I attend), and 20% conditioning... The perfect mix. Some classes at other places are much more conditioning. That's great if you don't already work out but I mostly want the skill since I already work out elsewhere. Really love this place! Highly recommend.”
