Kastania hosts a women’s only class on Saturdays, which my 13 year old daughter enjoys. They offer a free trial week, so why not come by and give it a try. I began Jiu Jitsu looking for a new adventure after retirement from the Army. In a little over a year I have participated in a few competitions and learned that the Jiu Jitsu you learn at Team Alpha Vacaville is substantially better than the competitors.
