“This was the second summer I trained at Gracie Gym Maine Brazilian Jiu-jitsu while on vacation in the area. The gym is clean and spacious with lots of amenities. The instruction is clear, and logically ordered. Over the course of a week one technique is built on and becomes more advanced. The team is very welcoming to a stranger, Professor Vinicius sets up rolls for everyone on the mat. As a visitor this is helpful. He also checks in with you to make sure you are good to continue. There are partners of every skill level to challenge most people. If you are looking for a place to train while on vacation or live in the area I would visit this gym.”

The focus on jiu-jitsu here is incredible, with plenty of both gi and no-gi sessions. The instruction is very focused and detailed, which really helps you improve your skills.
