Myself and my three kids enjoy learning together and the coaches are great at keeping the us motivated while we get a great workout. This place is also great at supporting women and girls. “The best gym. As a mom of 3, the family-oriented atmosphere is extremely important to me. The coaches don’t care if my baby is crying or if we have to play “pass the baby” for me to get some training in. Amazing, welcoming atmosphere and even better people. Good people, great jiu jitsu.”

“The Club has been terrific. As a new member without any experience, you are warmly welcomed by all members. The learning process is great. Everyone there offers assistance in showing you techniques with no pressure and plenty of patience. I would strongly recommend joining for both male and female no matter the experience level.”
