“I contemplated between Gracie and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for my two children and was leaning toward Brazilian since it appeared to be more mainstream. I gave Gracie Jiu Jitsu a try since they offered a free trial. After the first class I was sold. Instructor Evon is the best; very professional, good with the kids and a very compassionate person. My children love each class and looks forward to attending every class. They not only teach great Jiu Jitsu techniques but also the classes teach striking and realistic conflict resolution. Evon is hard to replace as an instructor and although he seems to always be there for the students, on the very few days that he is not, the other staff that teaches alongside him are also really great. On the back end, the foundation is also extremely solid. They have supplemental online courses you can also watch and practice on days you need extra practice. There must be hundreds of videos, all of which are very helpful in mastering the craft. All around five star and even though my kids have been only doing it a few months, I can see this place being a constant in my children’s extracurricular regime for years to come. My children have tried many other types of sports and martial arts and this is by far the best. Gracie Jiu Jitsu Davis is definitely worth giving it a try. You will not regret it and will wish you signed up sooner!”
