“Just finished my first class. Not only is this ridiculously fun but the people I met are great. I’ve never done any sport like this and they break it down perfectly and I walked through the moves slowly to not only get them right but to also not hurt myself or my partner. The instructors are very knowledgable and encouraging, and always help her to feel successful. They work to foster a feeling of community support that is so important for young women. She's looking forward to earning her pink belt soon and working toward more success with the Gracie Fredericksburg team!”

“My teenaged daughter's first week is in the books. She loved it. We are moving to 12 classes a month from 8. She enjoyed the Women's Empowerment class but her favorite is the Combatives class. The classes are well taught and the community is awesome.”

“Great place. Highly recommend. Unlike many jiu jitsu gyms they don’t kill you. They teach and use the crawl walk run principle. If you really want to learn how to defend yourself or compete in Jiu Jitsu this is the best place to be.”
