“Our son started the Gracie Bullyproof program in early February and he loves it. It's really cool to see his confidence grow. He's become more social in Jiu-jitsu class as well as outside of the program. He's also become more respectful and mature, even just in this short time. “Can’t recommend Gracie Jiu Jitsu HB highly enough! Coach Carlos and his team are THE BEST with kids and adults of all ages. It is a welcoming, safe space & you can comfortably start at any experience level. My son (now 7) has been attending classes 3-4x/week for about a year & I have recently started in their Women’s Empowerment class. I believe there is still a complimentary intro period where you can try classes with no commitment. If you’ve been thinking about giving Jiu jitsu and try, don’t hesitate to sign up here!”

“My family has had such a great experience with Gracie Jiu-jitsu HB. My daughter started in the Bullyproof program in 2020 and I am amazed at the growth in confidence and character that I have seen in her. They are not only learning self-defense but also that they are worth defending. I signed my son up as soon as he was old enough for the Little Champs class and intend to do the same with my youngest. I have also completed the Women Empowered program and earned my pink belt and have transitioned into the Combatives class. Carlos and his staff do a great job of creating a safe and welcoming environment! If you are thinking about trying out Jiu-jitsu I cannot recommend a better place to learn.”

“I have been training here for several years and cannot recommend it enough. Carlos is an excellent instructor who can work with folks of all ages and all focus types. From children to adults, from hobbyists to serious practitioners. I drive to Huntington Beach specifically train at this gym despite the fact that there are many other gyms and affiliations that are more convenient for my schedule.”
