I came visiting here for work and Paul was a great instructor and there is a good group of people here. Go check it out.”

“When I decided I was ready to get back into martial arts after nearly 30 years away, I had a very distinct vision in my mind for the type of jiu-jitsu school I was looking to join. Before choosing Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Monroe, I visited several other gyms in the area to get a feel for their culture and curriculum. The other gyms just didn't fit my goals, as I am more interested in focusing on self-defense versus sporting jiu-jitsu. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Monroe is everything I could have hoped for, in that the people are kind, the culture is incredibly welcoming and highly collaborative, safety is a top priority and, especially when combined with the online access to the Gracie curriculum, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Monroe by far offers the highest value proposition around. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner.”
