“I dropped in to train Jiu-Jitsu at Gracie Pooler tonight for the first time. The instructor was welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. The students were all friendly and respectful of each other. The facility was clean and as soon as the class was over they worked as a team to disinfect the training area. As for the lesson, it was well structured consisting of multiple techniques focused around a similar goal. After the lesson we paired up to spar “roll”, this was fun and challenging! The instructor controlled the activity and ensured everyone was safe. If you are interested in trying something fun, challenging, and full of excitement check this place out.
