Professor Darren Branch’s NoGi class on Wednesday was outstanding and high energy. Professor/Owner Tony Reel’s Gi class on Thursday was very thorough and he was great with breaking-down and demonstrating the techniques we covered. All of the students were welcoming, friendly and supportive throughout the classes. Both Professors had huge kids classes running right before the adult classes started, too. Really good size space and cleaner than some medical buildings I’ve been in! Overall, it was a great experience and I got a lot out of both classes. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town.”

“The gym is spacious, 2 bathrooms and has a weight bench. Tony is very professional and teaches technique based Jiu Jitsu so no matter your skill level size or build you can apply it. He also teaches self defense for real life situations. My wife takes the women's self defense class and enjoys it. The other members are respectful.”
