“I stopped by this location to train for 2 days while on vacation and was very happy that I did. Kevin is a great instructor and seems to take great pride in his teaching aa well as his gym. I also spent time with an instructor named Jason who was equally talented with his teaching and I was able to learn a few valuable lessons from him in the short time I was there. Everyone in the class welcomed me as if I was a local and I appreciated that very much, so once again thank you all. I was also lucky enough to have Kevin expose me to some Judo and that was another great experience. All in all I would highly recommend anyone in the area to stop by here if you are even remotely interested in martial arts. -Brandon”

“Their Bang Muay Thai curriculum is a very good and effective striking system that they teach here. Not as traditional as you see in Thailand, but mainly geared towards MMA since this is a MMA gym. Whether you're looking to learn striking, BJJ, Judo, or self defense in general this is a good place to check out. Their first class is always free which is a plus if you're not so sure whether you want to join or not.”
