“I called same day for a drop in while on business. The front desk was organized and professional. The mat space is a dream. The school is clean (spotless) and all of the gear is in order. I arrived a bit early to stretch and saw they had wrestling and Muay Thai classes going. Bjj started at 730. The class was taught great. The rolls were super fun and technical. I would recommend this gym to anyone, any age, at any skill level. I feel like I’m going to make an excuse to visit again.”

She's very knowledgeable in the art and knows how to get through to the kids. She greets every single kid with a smile and gets to business once class begins.
