“Gracie Tampa South is an exceptionally great gym! I've had the opportunity to train at several gyms over the past 30 years, and I have never experienced this level of quality of service, excellent facilities, knowledgeable and effective coaching and most importantly a positive environment. My whole family, my wife and three daughters have been training Jiu Jitsu and MMA for more than 5 years. I don't take who my wife and daughters train with lightly. The kids and teen programs are second to none. You really have to experience how these coaches are so good at creating an awesome environment for the kids to learn all the amazing lessons that come from training Martial Arts. There is a very specific reason that this gym is such a great place. It comes from the top down. This attitude of professionalism, positivity, and the creation of such an exceptional environment to train is due to the exceptional leadership of the owner and head Coach Matt Arroyo and his family. Not only is the coaching and support staff so good, but frequently the very best MMA personalities in the world will be hosted by the GTS team. I've had more opportunities to train with World Champions in just the last year at GTS than in any other place. It's an attitude of excellence from the leader that permeates the whole gym. I have never experienced a more safe and effective environment for my family to train in over 30 years. Without hesitation or reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend Gracie Tampa South MMA. It is an exceptional place, and I count myself and my family as fortunate to have the privilege to train here.”

“Stopped in for two drop in classes this week. This place is top notch. It’s just filled with polite and humble mat assassins. Everyone was willing to work with me and be patient. The staff at the front desk were some of the nicest people I met in all of Tampa. Classes were large but not too full. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in.
