“My brother and I came in for Muay Thai intro class for the first time at this gym. Matt was very chill and welcoming. Registration was quick and easy. The instructor, Coach Tyler, did great at instructing. Had hella fun with my brother today. We started off w/ some stretches then shadow boxing. Moved onto drills without a partner, then some drills on thai pad with a partner. Ended off with some drilling conditioning. Anyone who wants to do Muay Thai at this gym should/have to do the intro class first. Great gym layout and soft mats; perfect for anyone who wants to roll around without getting mat burn. Shower and bathroom accommodated.”
