“I really enjoyed training at Gracie United - Team Jucao Ascension. I was welcomed with top notch professionalism and encouragement by all of the members. Professor Mathew Grady taught a great class on sweeps, and after class I went to my first yoga class taught by Coach Christina. This facility is extremely clean and they have a lobby for parents/members to view two separate mats as classes are taking place. TWO MATS! Thanks for the rolls everyone, and for your kindness Gracie United - Team Jucao Ascension! I will be back.”

“Building up the courage to walk into Gracie United several years ago was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself! If you are considering giving it a try, don't hesitate, just show up and you will thank yourself too. Professor Robbie and his Coaches excel at getting you started on your journey at your own pace in a new state of the art facility. Many people begin training to get in shape or learn self defense but they continue training because of the friendships they make and the personal growth that comes on and off the mats. Priceless!”
