“Gracie Wesley Chapel is a great place to train, the facility and instructors are top notch. Coach Wrick and Cowboy know how to motivate and push everyone to become better weather your goal is competition or to learn as a hobby. There's a real focus on developing the right type of game whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner. We are growing not only as individual Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners but as a team who pushes one another to get better day in and day out. The hard work and consistency shows from the kids all the way up through the adults. We feel very fortunate to train at a place like this. The training is competitive but friendly with a family like atmosphere. Check out this place for yourselves and/or your kids. Not only an amazing work out and art, but personally therapeutic. Do yourself a favor and start training in the best place in Wesley Chapel. You will not be disappointed.”

“Terrible place for children. First, they don't answer the phone for information so my wife and child had to go in person only to be ignored by the instructor. After glancing at my wife and looking away while she was trying to get his attention, he finally said, "beginner class is tomorrow", before walking away. We thought maybe the coach was having a bad day and my son was a beginner, so my son attended the next day and... The instructor was a bully. He made fun of the kids the whole time, including speech impediments. He ended up rolling with my 8th grade child and hurt him the whole time. My boy is pretty tough and accostumed to rough housing but obviously no match for a BJJ instructor, especially that size. My boy tapped on two occasions, slapping the coach and yelled "tap tap!" and was ignored. My boy also kept asking what to do when pinned down and never got instruction. He just wanted to bully and hurt my kid - should not be instructing. I'm glad I wasn't there or we'd both be hurt. Recommend everyone steer clear. We'll be looking for a different BJJ facility.”
