“This is a great academy to train at! I travel a lot for work and whenever I’m in Grand Forks I always train here. Coach Preston has a fantastic teaching style backed up with years of experience. The classes are well structured and have an excellent curriculum. The facilities are super clean and well maintained. My son has trained here with me several times and he loves it too. ❤️❤️❤️”

“This is a fantastic jiu jitsu studio! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, Preston especially, and they teach in a way that is structured and easy to follow! The general vibe is inviting, and it’s clear that the instructors care about their students well being as much as helping them to learn! I would recommend to anyone who practices and it looking for a great place, as well as anyone who is looking to start jiu jitsu, that you give this place a try!”
