“Great instructor with a ton of knowledge!! Great classes for kids and adults. I bring my kids for wrestling and BJJ, then they stay and play in the kids area while I train. It is super convenient. Clean facilities and a wide range of training equipment.”

“I had the opportunity to check out two classes at Grappling Concepts Nixa: Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing. I am brand new to both and was invited by a friend to try out a class for free. As a 40+ mom wanting to shake off this winter-hibernation, I felt a little intimidated, but the coach was welcoming, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I can barely move today from the intensity of the workout (did I mention I've been in hibernation mode?), but I'm already looking forward to going back.”
