The owner Denise is very welcoming to new comers like my self she has been very thorough with the teachings and really helping me understand my limits and how to surpass em. There is a few guys named Kenneth and Kyle if you ever show up to this gym for a membership or even just the 3 day trial try to roll with them for a little as they are great teachers as well!”
