“I can not express how wonderful this Gym is. We started our journey for our daughters almost a year ago. We tried other gyms but there was something lacking. We tried Grip Game and after 1 class (technically before it was done), we knew this was the place for us. Coach JJ is so patient, so knowledgeable and truly makes a difference in these kids lifes. We have gained a second family and this gym has helped us to root our family for the first time since out kids were born. Coach JJ cares about these kids and it shows. He's so much more than just a coach. We are truly grateful for Grip Game and JJ.”

“I started at Grip Game because my four-year-old son was getting picked on in school. My son quickly blended with the class and made friends. The parents there are very supportive as well as the coaches. And the self-defense ground game skills the kids learn are priceless. I began training at the same time I brought my son. I cannot express the level of confidence he has gained as well as I have. I don’t know of a better place to instill discipline and learn self defense in this area. The adult classes are fantastic as well!”
