“This is not your average gym. When I travel, I love to try out new gyms. This one surprised me. Professor Jeff’s approach is quite different than all the schools I’ve trained at. If you’re looking for street effective jiujitsu this is your place. Professor Jeff has lived out what he teaches as a bouncer and delivers his techniques in easy to follow steps. The members were welcoming. Environment is very casual and laid back. Nothing traditional about it. Just pure effectiveness. I would definitely recommend it with one caveat.
