“I found the facility to be clean and spacious, the coaches to be nice and knowledgeable, and the participating families to be nice and welcoming. Their biggest downfall seems to be their administrative person Dana or Diane, I'm not completely sure of her name. She should learn how to talk to people, because obviously she does not know how to do that... After, I was attempting to steer my son back to his proper age group, after he jetted across lines of bigger, heavier kids, Diane, suddenly jumps in my face and says, "The coaches will handle it and if you don't like it, you can yell at your son at home for free." Then she turned and began talking to someone else.I don't have a problem with being corrected, but she obviously uninvited my family and I with the latter part of her rant. All of those great things I observed went out the window. There's no way I would leave my child under the care of someone like that... We were offered another free week by the coach, yet no acknowledgement of the disrespect from Dana - That made it twice as disrespectful. I can be accountable, but can Ground Control do the same with distasteful behavior from one of their outwardly facing employees? I have other inferences about that interaction, but I'll hold off.”
