“I did not have a good experience while training at Groundworks. During the techniques and drilling portion of the class, I suffered a broken bone when my partner suddenly dropped all of their weight on me while attempting a guard pass. In my opinion, my partner was treating every moment while training with a win at all costs intensity which is ultimately what led to my injury. I would not feel safe returning and would not recommend this gym to others, especially those with less experience in BJJ.”
