When I finally started for myself, everything was at each individuals own pace. The instruction is great for both kids and adults. Scott takes his time to encourage and fully explain everything. The women’s only class is amazing. Recommend Guerrilla everyday!”

From what I could tell there was no shower and the bathrooms are in the associated martial arts gym two doors down, but otherwise the facilities were clean, modern, and nice. Great gym”
