I am beyond impressed with the way this program operates, and I am just blown away by the atmosphere that they have created for kids of all ages (including adults). Before trying this program out, we had gone to a number of other places and we’re not impressed. Not only did they exceed our expectations, they also did not break the bank.”

Troy is an excellent instructor. He makes class enjoyable and the moves easy to digest and has helped me greatly thus far! “Best martial arts place in the Hampton Road area ! My children attend both karate and jujitsu classes, the instructors are amazing. There are children and adult classes as well. Best part is that there are no costly contracts that tie you down for 6 months or a year as other similar places in the area. You can cancel after one month if your kid decides this isn't what it was expected ( but you won't because it is that awesome).”

“Hampton Road Karate is awesome! My wife and I joined about 3 years ago to learn Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. The instructors are great. The environment is supportive and you don’t have to worry about getting injured. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu focuses on self defense right from the the start. I truly wish I had started earlier with HRK as it changed our lives. I feel better and have lost a lot of weight since starting. We are currently working on our first stripe of our blue belts.
