“Came to Harrisburg for work and dropped in for a mid-day nogi class and the whole vibe was just awesome. Nate was a terrific coach—knowledgeable, funny, chill. Great explanations, not too much talk. And a large group of students, probably 16 or so, were all very welcoming. Great rolls—challenging, but with a little room to work and great pace. Can’t wait to come back next time in town!”
