“We love Heart & Dagger! Coach Clay is amazing, fun, firm, and knows how to connect with the kids. My son (just turned 7) has only been going for three weeks and we’ve already seen a huge difference. He’s excited to go every time, and it’s never a fight. The coaches do a great job of making it fun while still holding the kids accountable and teaching discipline in a way they actually enjoy. “I was a purple belt that ended up taking 8 years off from training and was looking to get back into it. I had friends who trained at Heart & Dagger so that's where I went. It was a little intimidating going back after all that time off but I couldn't have found a better gym. Phenomenal room of training partners and Coach Clay is incredibly knowledgeable and detail oriented, making him an exceptional coach to have in your corner. Highly recommend Heart & Dagger to anyone and everyone.”

“Heart and Dagger BJJ was my first experience with BJJ and I can’t speak highly enough. I’ve now been to many different places from Hawaii to Brazil and I can honestly say that Clay is a fantastic coach, and he has developed an incredible group of athletes.
