Dave has been very inspirational and every lesson / teaching is based out of respect for the art and your partner. I've been going for about 3 months now and look forward to every Tuesday afternoon, and I leave exhausted and invigorated every time. Come join us this Tuesday or Thursday!”

“I have been to many BJJ schools in the Fredericksburg area, and this is one of the top ones in my opinion. Dave is an extremely passionate and caring teacher who makes sure safety is the number 1 priority for all his students, as well as having great communication skills and a nurturing environment for growth. I attend the Sunday classes and could not be more impressed with the value he gives all of his students each time I go. Classes begin with a warmup/stretch to get the heart rate elevated and reduce injury risk. Then we move to partner drills for the technique we're learning that class. At the end you'll have the opportunity to roll with your partner and the other students. I'm a white belt currently, so I'm not a match for the higher belts, but they're always willing to help me work and learn the movements rather than crushing me into the mat instantly like some other schools. I'm learning a little bit each week and can definitely feel my growth in confidence and skill level increase slowly but steadily over the past few months. 10/10 would recommend you to at least stop by, have a chat. and check out a class”
