“My second home ! Old school iron, not just a bunch of treadmills. Never too crowded to the point you have to wait on equipment for more than a few minutes during their peak times. Lots of other activities to get into as well from kick boxing, BJJ, HIIT classes, kids classes. A lot of stuff you don't find at most typical gyms. Staff is very friendly and professional as well.”

“Awesome place! High Velocity Fitness has it all. Great facility with something for everyone - group fitness classes, high-intensity BJJ/MMA training classes for the more competitive out there, kids martial arts classes, or you can just work out at your own pace in the gym. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable teachers & trainers and very reasonable prices. Free child care during certain hours, too (so no more excuses to not work out!! :) )”
