This is my gym and I'm blessed to have Jacob Landin as a chief coach and a professor of martial arts. He's definitely a talented martial arts trainer who keeps every session fresh and challenging with creative, innovative workouts — motivating but still without being pushy or overbearing. Highly recommend for anyone who values skill, variety, and genuine encouragement.

Dropped in while in town for work and I’m glad I did! Professor Jacob went above and beyond to welcome my drop in visit. This gym has a great culture is extremely welcoming to drop ins. Make sure to drop in if you’re in town, I’ll definitely be back!

If you’re a mom wondering if you should put your child in bjj do it ! My husband went here first and we waited a bit to see if our son could handle it . Our son is 4 and autistic he struggles with attention span but he loves it here . It’s extremely nerve wrecking being a special needs parent and putting them into anything new because their routine is thrown off . Everyone is so patient and breaks down everything for them . He really loves going and as soon as he gets home from school talks about the gym . Can’t say enough about how absolutely amazing this community is !

I was just here for a drop in training session in the middle of February and was blown away at how professional and friendly the culture of this gym was. The instructors were top notch and the clientele was friendly and helpful. Its been a few weeks and I unfortunately don't remember any names but will definitely be looking to see the same faces I interacted with when I get a chance to come back and drop in again for another training session. If you're some kind of professional staying down town for an event at the convention center or even just staying near the downtown vicinity I highly recommend dropping in and rolling with the good people here. It was a great experience and I took back a few new tricks to use in my home gym. Definitely worth the drop in fee! Thank you HOJ for showing me a great time! Ill see you again in July!
