“Top notch facility, one of the best in the Chicago area. I've trained under dozens of instructors and Andy by far is the most knowledgeable I've come across regarding BJJ and Judo. Clean facility with a great group of students. The schedule is favorable for those with a full time career and family obligations.”

“As a newcomer to jiu-jitsu, I was a bit apprehensive about starting, but HGA has made the experience truly welcoming and enjoyable. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain techniques clearly and ensuring everyone feels comfortable, regardless of skill level. The environment is friendly and supportive, which really helps when you're just starting out. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, making it a great place to train. Best of all is the early 5 AM classes. It’s a great way to start the day and be done with training by 6 AM.”
