“Stopped into Hybrid while I was in Roanoke during a work trip. Facility is awesome and there's plenty of space to train. Spoke to Tim, who's one of the owner's and he could not have been more accommodating. Everyone was friendly and fun to train with and I got along great with everyone I interacted with. “Trained here back in 2019 and again in 2023 when I was in Roanoke for work. This is a great gym. The instruction was excellent, the students and coaches were very welcoming, and the sparring was good. Will definitely return next time I go to Roanoke.”
