The Ice House is an amazing place to start your marital arts journey, wether you're looking to broaden your skill set, or just wanting to try a very practical martial art to get in shape and have fun. I can't recommend this school enough. I've been coming here for 3 years, and it's been rock solid the whole time.”

“The Ice House is a great place to train and work out. I originally started going there to just learn some new techniques and ended up gaining a huge passion for the sport of Jiu-jitsu. The coach(es), like Grant Gaither, are very knowledgeable in their field and take time to help everyone succeed. “The Ice House is a welcoming environment that is full of knowledgeable grapplers. I run Platte River Judo, which is also in Casper. When students ask me about cross training in BJJ, I send them over to the Ice House. I also train there, as a student, in order to improve my own grappling game.”
