“This is a great place to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The instructor is very helpful, kind, and is a great teacher. It is a great environment to learn, everyone wants to get better, there are no egos. They focus on the sports side and the self defense aspect as well, you get the best of both worlds. It's very challenging but rewarding. I highly recommend anyone who practices Martial Arts to check this place out.”
