What I experienced as a complete beginner was nothing but the best I could have hoped for. The environment of calm learning while practicing a very tiring sport made for just about the most fun I had on my trip, and I’ll be sure to stop by if I’m ever in the area again.”

“I've been taking my son Austin here since it opened. He's really done well with his training under Sensei James. Every week I would come in and watch but I never participated. Today was my first day of training and I have to say Jiu Jitsu is freaking awesome! What a rush and what a workout! All of the students are very helpful and patient with you when you're starting out. James has a really good dojo for all ages to train and learn. It was a great bonding experience for my son and I and I will definitely be going back.
