“IJA is a family friendly academy with classes available for everyone three years of age or older. We felt welcome from day one and our daughter LOVES training here. All of the coaches are very friendly and accommodating. As an added bonus, they offer a free women’s self-defense class on Friday nights. Stop by for your free 2 week trial and let the journey begin!”

“We are loving our experience at IJA. The professors and coaches are wonderful and patient with our 6 year old. Thank you Coaches Monica, Tyler and Professor Andy and Manny. We the parents are also taking jiu-jitsu and are having fun. I like that they have loaner gis they wash after every use just in case you forget or haven't bought your own. They also have free women's self defense classes every Friday.”

“Wonderful experience for a first timer. If you have children and are curious to try - they do 2 week trials so no commitment! Our daughter loves it and we love watching her grow and learn about the sport. This gym is always clean, extremely family friendly, and all of the coaches are really good people. 10/10”
