“I have been training in Jiu Jitsu for a couple of years now. I just joined this gym and wish I would have started here. The staff and owner were very welcoming, and the training is better here. The training is more in depth, there are plenty of training partners and high level jiu jitsu practitioners to train with and learn from.”

“Started bringing my boys over the summer and they love it. It’s been great as a parent watching their confidence grow over the months. Alex is great with the kids and quite experienced with showing them the proper techniques. My oldest had a bully in school swing at him so my son took him to the ground, put him in a choke until a teacher arrived exactly like he practiced in class. He got a high five in front of the principal that day.”
