“If you’re looking for a place where your kids can learn to choke each other respectfully while building confidence, discipline, and lifelong skills—Insight BJJ is it. My two youngest boys train here, and they’re hooked. Professor David is skilled, kind, and somehow endlessly patient (especially with my son with autism). He meets each kid where they’re at, and makes sure every class feels like a win, while still holding them accountable when necessary to instill discipline. The community is awesome too - no egos, just good people and good rolls. Highly recommend… unless you enjoy losing to a 6-year-old with an armbar. Then by all means, sign your kid up too. 😅”
