“My girls (started at ages 6 and 7) have been going to Integrity for 2 years now and through all the sports they have tried over the years coach Jeff is by far the most involved, encouraging, talented and supportive coach I’ve ever seen. If you’re a parent and you’re thinking about trying this for your kid, just do it. Show up to a class and try it out. It can be intimidating but everyone there is a family and will love to see you there.”

“I found Integrity in January 2022. Not gonna lie I needed this. At 41 Jeff was welcoming along with all the other members. It’s either a “LETS GO!” Or “Jarrod’s in the building!” He takes his time to teach a technique, drill it, make corrections and make sure ALL students have it down before moving on. Live sparring with members is great, egos in check. Mat space is new and clean. Cleaned every night. How do I know, I’m usually there as he’s closing up and sanitizing the place. My kids 5,10,13 go here too. He truly has the gift to teach the gentle art.”
