“I was just visiting, not a regular member. Had a great time in class. Professor Shane was friendly and knowledgeable. The other students were friendly and skilled. The gym was clean and easy to find. Its a very accessible place to train.”

“Iron Academy is very open and accepting of new students. I started overweight and had never done any training in my life. In training I was able to lose around 40lbs and gain self confidence. If you are hesitant to try, I would suggest coming to watch a class. It is a great environment and I truly feel like Iron Academy is a second home.”
