“Amazing, relaxed, inviting, fun environment. The instructors were very knowledgeable and explained the techniques very well. The free rolls were fun. I watched the end of a kids class and really liked how their system and classes are built for all. Highly recommend and I can't wait to come back and work with them again!!!!”

“Amazing atmosphere, amazing instructors as well. They explain clearly and take the time to work with you one on one to make sure you are performing each technique properly and safely. It's a great atmosphere for young and older students as well. The beginner class is great and the more advanced classes are very good as well. You can't go wrong training here.”
