“I should not have been asked to sign ANY contract for 1 month or 3 months while attending a FREE class when I already entered my info online prior. We attended ONE class out of 4 we paid for & were charged a 2nd time for 4 additional classes from the date of the FREE class. I called & explained the situation & was assured I would be refunded for the 2nd month. Never happened & never any follow up call as promised once it was handled. While signing up I was assured I could cancel at any time. Ive since been told I signed up for 3 months contract. Never my intention especially with zero knowledge with how class would be/go. Fact of the matter I was assured a refund. I didn't use the classes. I can also post pics/videos of how chaotic it was with one soft spoken, young instructor & MANY children of different skill levels & age ranges but I just wanted my refund as promised . Didn't have to come to any of this. Classes weren't for us. What's right is right.”
