“I considered a lower rating for this company, however coach Mark makes the experience so much more enjoyable. He is kind and inclusive and thoughtful. He is responsive and listens and understand that people are - human! Coach Mark has a soft spot for children and an open heart to parents. Other coaches here are aggressive, argumentative and outright - rude! This can make the time here unbearable. The classes were good in the beginning, I think their company is well put together and I admired the contract and the code of ethics they have established. I think the personal lessons are awesome! However the classes became so overly full and crowded that we would be forced out to sit in the car or watch in the cold through the window. This also takes away from the kids experience of having more hands on training/help. My family and I prepaid for 9 months of training as we were sure this was a company worth investing in. Unfortunately they are also now changing their class hours (which they have every right to do) however for people who have prepaid, it completley screws us out of our money. We now cannot make classes with the new schedule and had to forfeit all of our remaining paid months. We were not offered any portion back to accommodate. Overall, there is a lot of thing working well here - there is also a lot that can work better for families but if you do try to discuss things with certain coaches and work out a mutual plan, be prepared to have attitude and unnecessary stress thrown your way.”
