“Fantastic school. My 5 year old has grow leaps and bounds since starting in April. The adult classes are amazing as well. It is a great workout. The coaches and another students are very supportive and eager to help-teach. As a woman, I feel very comfortable here. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to learn or just get in shape”

“My son and I joined the Academy in August of 2022, each of us with no experience in BJJ. Coaches Hondo, Lee, and Keegan do a wonderful job at integrating newcomers to both the adult and kids classes. They excel at setting expectations with kids and holding them to those standards. In the adult class there is a mix of varying skill levels. Everyone encourages others, help in learning techniques, and look after one another's safety. Only join the academy if you want to gain confidence, meet great people, get more fit (similar to HIIT), and learn how to take care of yourself if you ever get into a fight.”
