“I’ve been attending this academy for almost a year, great group of people to learn with. The trainer is a multiple-time champion and takes his time to explain the art and gives practical advice for real life combat situations. The other students are friendly, ready to share their knowledge, and are all great rolling partners (BJJ) and sparring partners (kickboxing), with an emphasis on technique, accuracy, speed, and safety. Gym very clean, no unpleasant odors. Highly recommend.”

“Very weak school. You will be coddled and given a false sense of confidence and security. If you want a soft combat experience this is definitely for you. The level of skill here is quite low compared to most Jiu Jitsu schools in Manhattan. You're better off going to a place like Renzo Gracie HQ, Marcelo Garcia, Unity, or Jiu Livre for a higher level experience.”
