“Dropped in for a weekend trip while traveling. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Coach Gibson was even able to me a lot of cool tricks to add to the bag. The facilities were spotless and welcoming. The location is awesome! 11/10”

“Tonight I had the pleasure of stopping in and training with the guys at Jo Co jiujitsu. everyone was extremely welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about this gym. Coach Adam Gibson did an amazing job running the class. His teaching was easy to understand and easy enough to follow no matter your skill level. I plan on stopping by here everytime im in the area. “This place is the place if you’re looking for a jiu jitsu gym for you and/or your kid(s) to train, the instructor Adam explains things to everyone in a respectful manner, & the price is the best in town or anywhere for that. Go check out the gym if your in the Smithfield(Johnston County) area.”
