I found training in the stand-up striking arts of Boxing and Muay Thai increased my physical conditioning, striking skill, confidence and improved my focus and concentration. “Before I left for my procedure, I actually enjoyed my time at Johns gym executing different techniques from body blows to jabs. Still have hopes of returning if we relocate back to the Austin area.
