“I was looking for a fitness plan that offered more than the standard lift, pull and push approach seen in most gyms. I found so much more at Journey! The instructions are clear, the staff is world class and the sense of community is second to none! With a variety of class schedules and the offering of traditional or No Gi styles I would be hard pressed to not find time to attend. It’s more than that though, with a nutrition plan and folks that hold you accountable, it feels like a family. I would recommend Journey anyone looking to improve themselves through hard work and dedication.”
